The workshop is fully equipped
to handle any type of technical operation and
machinery overhauling work.
In addition to the overhead travelling crane used
for rapid unloading and loading of machinery,
fixed plant also includes a fully equipped washing
station utilised for general cleaning of incoming
machinery.
The works personnel include
specialists in electrical and electronic maintenance,
mechanical engineers (responsible for overhauls,
maintenance, set-ups, installation, etc.) and
a training instructor.
As soon as they are unloaded, incoming
printing machines are prepared for the washing phase.
The first job for our technical personnel is therefore
complete disassembly of the units.
Unloading
Disassembling
the machine
The next stage concerns washing of
the machine and identification of excessively worn or
damaged parts to be replaced or repaired. After this
stage the machine mechanical, electrical, and electronic
reconditioning procedure is started.

Mechanical
overhaul
Maintenance
of worn parts
After washing, cleaning and overhauling
the machine, all the parts are reassembled and the finished
press is packed, if necessary (we generally use crates
for sea transport or special packing for air freight).
Reassembly
phase
The final stage is loading of the
finished machine on the truck and delivery to the customer.
Although this part of the process may seem insignificant
(and is frequently underestimated by customers), as
you will see from the photos alongside, delivering a
full size printing press sometimes calls for the use
of very high-standard logistic solutions!
